Any unused treatments expire at the end of each membership period. 

Members can have no more than 2 hours of pre-bookings in our appointment system at any one time.

Botanica Day Spa reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time.

Memberships are non-transferable or refundable if you decide to cancel your membership at any time during the membership period.

Memberships can be suspended for up to a maximum of 4 weeks if you become ill or are travelling. 

Our cancellation policy still applies to members: 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel, alter or change a booking to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.  Your membership will be suspended and all future bookings cancelled until the cancellation fee is paid.

Bookings are essential and subject to availability.

Members will be issued with a leaf key ring stating membership number (identification).

Upfront payment of full membership term is to be paid upon application.

Memberships will commence once full payment has been received which then the applicant will be notified of start date.

Botanica Day Spa reserves the right to increase membership prices at any time without notice.

Botanica Day Spa accepts cash, Amex, Visa and MasterCard for all membership payments.


Blackout dates may apply: Christmas Day, New Years Eve.

Bookings are required for High Tea.

A maximum of four people per membership card.

15% discount is not valid with any other discount / special.

Must present Botanica Day Spa Leaf Key Ring to receive discount.
