Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. To track your order please contact us at email@example.com.
Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd is an exclusive stockist of the ELEMIS range of products. Our online store (www.botanicadayspa.com.au/elemis-skincare) provides access to purchasing your selected ELEMIS products and should that product not be available in our online store range, please contact the spa directly on firstname.lastname@example.org to explore whether the product has been discontinued or has been renamed by ELEMIS. Please note some ELEMIS products are not approved in Australia due to specific ingredients, therefore some items are not available to purchase via our online store (www.botanicadayspa.com.au/elemis-skincare) or in spa.
A $10 shipping fee applies for all hard copy gift voucher purchases online. Note: Shipping fee is included in price.

All gift voucher purchases both hard copy and eVouchers in spa and online are final. Botanica Day Spa does not offer refunds on gift voucher purchases for change of mind.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges on any in spa and online (www.botanicadayspa.com.au) purchases unless the product is faulty. Please refer to 'Faulty Item' if the product appears to be damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Refunds in the case of a faulty item will be credited to the original form of payment, that being the purchaser’s credit card. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours once the return order has been inspected and approved by Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your PayPal account.
Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd does not under any circumstances offer refunds or exchanges on ELEMIS products purchased with any other company other than Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd.
Items are defined as faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 14 days from purchasing.
In the case of a faulty item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase to enable Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd to contact ELEMIS to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be issued with a full refund.
