Complimentary express post shipping on all product orders Australia wide. International shipping not available.

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although we endeavor to ship most within 3 to 4 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for you delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify us at support@botanicadayspa.com.au.

Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. To track your order please contact us at support@botanicadayspa.com.au.

BOTANICA GIFT VOUCHERS

For all hard copy gift voucher purchases, a $10 shipping fee will be added upon checkout.

Gift vouchers purchased Saturday to Monday will be processed and shipped on Tuesday via Australia Post Express.

Gift vouchers purchased Tuesday to Friday will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of the order, although we endeavor to ship most within 1 to 2 days. Please allow up to 7 days for you delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 7 days, please notify us at support@botanicadayspa.com.au.

E-voucher purchases will be delivered within 24 hours of the order, although we endeavour to deliver most almost immediately after purchase.

RETURNS

Please not all purchases online and in store are final.

Please select carefully and thoroughly read all product descriptions and details before placing your order with Botanica Day Spa as Botanica Day Spa does not offer store credits, exchanges or refunds on product purchases online and in store. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Botanica Day Spa does not offer refunds or exchanges on any online or in store purchases unless the product is faulty. Please refer to 'Faulty Item' if the product appears to be damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Refunds in the case of a faulty item, will be credited to the original form of payment, that being the purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account. Refunds will be credited within 48 hours once the return order has been inspected and approved by Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your PayPal account.

FAULTY ITEM

Items are defined as faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within the first 7 days from purchasing.

In the case of a faulty item please contact; support@botanicadayspa.com.au with proof of purchase to enable Botanica Day Spa Pty Ltd to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be issued with a full refund.
